Toms selects CRM from SAP

In order to improve sales efficiency, the Danish candy and chocolate producer Toms Group has decided to implement a new IT-solution based on SAP CRM.

"The solution has created major benefits to our travelling sales force: Earlier on the creation of a new order took approximately 20 minutes. The same job can now be done in 5 minutes, which makes an enormous difference in daily customer service, increased service level and last but not least a lot of new opportunities for our sales people in the shops", says Per Lerche Møller, the IT manager at Toms.

Toms Group selected Segmenta as implementation partner in the project based on Segmentas special competence in the CRM area.
